Just curious, if my spouse throws out some ridiculous numbers that I don't agree with, and we go to court and she loses, will the judge ask her to bear my legal fees as well?

High chance no.

My ex also invented some very big numbers and my outcome is both sides pay own cost.

So if I'm damn rich and want to be an asshole, I can just reject every proposal my spouse put up, drag the proceedings and make the fees super ex until she gives up and agree with me simply because she runs out of funds for the lawyer.

Maybe I watch too much shows, I always thought that the loser in a court case have to pay for the legal fees also, to prevent people making frivolous claims and lawsuits.
